Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara is a small and beautiful park, set around the lake surrounded by lush green rainforests, woodland, grasslands, and swamps. The water in the lake is full of volcanic minerals being force up through the earth, producing the algei that attracts the birds.

The Park is not only home to thousands of flamingo, pelicans, storks, but also the famous for the elusive tree-climbing lions. A perfect destination to start your journey on the way to the Ngorongoro Crater.
