Aberdares National Park
The steep eastern edge of the Rift Valley formed by the volcanic mountains dominate the park, sweeping down the slopes to one of three magnificent waterfalls and rich forest vegetation, making the Aberdares National Park one of the most challenging places in Kenya to spot game.

One of the highlights of the park must be a black rhino sighting, there are very few in Kenya and are carefully protected by the Kenya Wildlife Trust, but also home to herds of eland and the rare spiral-horned antelope, leopards, lion, serval cats and elephants.
