Tsavo East is one of Kenya’s oldest and largest National Parks. It has a wonderfully diverse landscape of bushy grassland and open plains alternating with savannah and semi-arid acacia scrub and woodlands, and the sheer size of the park can let visitors totally escape and feel like they have it to themselves.

The game viewing in Tsavo East is spectacular, home to the gerenuk, famous for its unusual feeding habit of standing on its hind legs to feed from the higher branches, usually the exclusive rights of giraffe and the vast numbers of elephants taking on a red glow from the dry dust found in the area as well as predators, antelope, zebra, rhino, hippos, crocodiles and many primates in the north.
The park is set in the south of the country and is within easy reach of the coast making it a very popular destination with visitors wishing to combine safari and beach.
