We constantly monitor our operating partners and the accommodation we use to ensure that they are still meeting our exacting requirements. Should standards fall short of our requirements we will not hesitate to suspend using such properties until we are entirely satisfied they have rectified the situation. The consumer is fully protected by a bond lodged with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) by whom, having met their strict financial requirements, we have been granted an Air Tour Organiser's Licence (ATOL 3200) - your guarantee both of our financial security and integrity.
