Eastern & Western Cape
The Eastern & Western Cape region of South Africa features many of the country's major attactions. Cape Town with the imposing Table Mountain, is one of the most visited cities in the country and offers a wealth of sightseeing, entertainment and culture, as well as two national parks.
A short drive from Cape Town and you find yourself in the Cape Winelands, home to many great vineyards and superb Cape wines. Take a self-drive wine tour, or simply relax in luscious surroundings and take in the countryside.

Southeast ofthe Winelands you can discover Overberg and Route 62, one of the most scenic and beautiful drives in Africa, through winelands and wild countryside through to Port Elizabeth.
Further east you join the famous Garden Route of South Africa, an area of stunning and diverse scenery, much of it coastal.
The two national parks can be found to the north and far west respectively of the region and comprise Karoo National Park, home to herds of springbok and Greater Addo National Park, sanctuary to over 350 elephants, 280 Cape buffalo, black rhino and a variety of antelope species.
