Located in the Busanga Plains this remote luxury camp is in an area home to plenty of Big Game, from wildebeest, lechwe, zebra and buffalo, to wild dog, cheetah and prides of lions.

Shumba Camp accommodates a maximum of twelve guests in six luxury safari tents raised on platforms to give excellent views of the open plains. Rooms are en-suite and have both indoor and outdoor showers.

Likewise the dining an bar areas are also on raised platforms to make the most of the views and so that guests can relax over dinner or a cocktail whilst viewing the passing game. Dining is either in the camp lodge or in the open around a traditional Boma, where your meal will be cooked before your eyes enhancing the safari experience.

Experienced guides conduct guests on morning, evening and even night game drives out into the plains as well as guided walks around the vicinity of the camp.
