They have developed a gourmet getaway with six luxurious en suite double / twin rooms, 2 spacious suites with queen beds and separate lounges and one luxury suite with his and hers bathrooms, dressing room and fireplace in the lounge.

Tea and coffee with homemade biscuits are also available in the rooms. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. The dining room and lounge is cantilevered over a trout-filled dam which looks across the water to the stunning mountains. An underground wine cellar - well stocked with South African premier wines - adds to the magic.

The menu changes every evening according to the seasons and availability of local produce. Dinner is a sumptuous 5 course affair with no effort or expense spared to give guests a memorable dining experience. Breakfasts are not the run of the mill but are unusual and exciting. Lunch is by arrangement - a picnic basket can be organised.

They are tucked away in the most beautiful Kamberg valley in the Drakensberg Mountains near Giants Castle (just below Highmoor dam) in KwaZulu Natal approx. 4.5 hours from Johannesburg and 2 hours from Durban on good roads.
