Camp Okavango is situated on Nxaranha Island in the heart of the Delta, ensuring a year-round water wilderness experience. The main thatched buiding has a bar, lounge and wildlife reference library.

Shaded hammocks, reading benches and a delightful sundeck and plunge pool provide relief during the hot midday hours, whilst an elevated observation platform affords stunning views of the tranquil floodplain's.

The camp can accommodate 24 people in 12 walk-through luxury Africa-style tents with ensuite bathroom. The tents are raised up on African teak platforms providing private viewing decks for views across the plains.

Early morning and late afternoon game drives and boat safaris provide an excellent opportunity to view a mixture of game and wildfowl. Evenings end with sundowners and dinner, with coffee and liqueurs around the campfire. In addition you can opt for guided walks, fishing, mokoro canoeing, or birdwatching - whatever takes your fancy.
